Learning outside the classroom

The learning experience goes beyond the classroom. We have an education program that offers the possibility of getting real experience and carry out tasks at our industrial plants following a work with a special team and with subsequent follow-up.

A passion for knowledge

We promote technical and educational development in all regions where we operate through relationships based on trust and support with prestigious academic institutions. Students and professionals pursuing any degree from an associates, bachelors, masters and PhD degree or doing research projects. We also offer guided visits to industrial plants to share our corporate reality and technology. We also work with teachers for holding school events, among other initiatives.

Internships

As part of our link with different academic institutions we seek to bring students of into the workplace. We offer a work plan that includes participation in activities such as projects supervised by a direct superior or tutor. Furthermore, this scheme features the granting of a scholarship, and, in some cases, it enables accreditation of requirements of subjects included in the study plan or is considered valid as final project or thesis at institutions having such academic accreditation.
