Ternium presents the eight most common questions about this important event.
What is the 10K Ternium Hybrid Race?
Due to COVID-19, Ternium will make a special edition where participants can decide whether to run 3 or 10 kilometers in a place of their convenience. This edition will have two modes: online and in person, which will be done between November 21st and 28th.
For both options, it will be necessary to download the app Trotime which will register the times and kilometers from every participant.
What does the online mode consist of?
Participants who opt for the virtual mode have between November 21st and 28th to complete in only one session the 3K or 10K, depending on the type of race they selected.
Every person will decide where to run, it can be in any place you want, whether it is your favorite park or maybe even on a treadmill. Remember, it is very important that you download the Trotime app to register the kilometers you have traveled in one session.

And what is the in-person mode?
Ternium will make physical activities on November 28th in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Colima, Puebla, Monclova, and San Luis Potosi.
Unlike other years, this mode will consist of warm-up physical activities and runners groups formation, which every 20 minutes will be taking off simultaneously to make their 3K or 10K.
The physical activities points will be determined in the next days.
How can I register and how can I receive my runner kit?
You can register through the web page or in their mobile app. All you have to do is create an account with your email and sign up to the 3K or 10K race, either for the online or in-person race.
Registration includes a runner kit, including a race commemorative t-shirt, and a medal.
Do not forget to add your address, because your runner kit will be sent to your home at no extra cost.

What is the cost of the race and how can I pay for it?
Cost for 3K is 100 MXN and 10K is 150 MXN. You can pay with your credit or debit card on the web page.
You can also pay in cash. When you sign up and choose the payment method, a folio will be generated with which you can pay in any Oxxo and Farmacias del Ahorro.

Why is it a race with a cause?
Everything collected from the registrations will go to a civil association. Also, for every traveled kilometer registered, Ternium will give 50 extra MXN. The more we run, the more we support!
This edition will have two modes: online and in person.
How do I start my race and how are the times and kilometers registration done?
Either online or in-person, the race will be done through the Trotime app or web page. That means that in your account you have to start your race and through that same way verify your time and traveled kilometers.
However, in case you prefer, you can use another tracking app. For that, you will have to take a picture of your results and load it to the Trotime account in order to be counted for your race.
Remember, only the kilometers traveled in a single session will be considered.
Where will I see the results from the race and the raffle?
Official results will be posted on November 29th. In this edition there will be a raffle of 40 last generation Garmin watches among the 10K runners who have completed all the kilometers in a single race. As well as 20 Xiaomi smart bands to those who make the 3K and also have completed all the kilometers in a single race.
Raffle will be made through a live broadcast to reveal the winners during that same week. Stay tuned for the day and time as well as the channel where it will be broadcast in.
The race has two distances, one of 10K and another of 3K.
