Building with panels: innovation and sustainability with steel warranty

Share

Every day, steel offers a greater variety of construction solutions. Insulating metal panels are one of them. These are made with Ternium steel; they are super efficient and a sustainable industrialized alternative for the construction of industrial buildings, shopping centers, schools, hospitals, health centers, and also for homes.

Their main advantages include saving up to 60% of time, high performance in terms of energy efficiency due to its thermal insulation up to 3 times higher than other systems, and facades with an architectural finish that are maintenance-free and easy to clean.

What are panels?

Metal panels, also known as sandwich panels, are made of an outer sheet that provides that finish, an insulating core of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate and an inner sheet. By having been pressed and injected in a continuous line during their manufacture, these three parts make up a single piece, providing greater strength and rigidity.

Known as sandwich panels, because they have an insulating core and two metal sheets.

For which projects are they recommended? The panels can be used for enclosures, walls, facades, partition walls and ceilings of all types of buildings. They are ideal for projects with requirements for easy cleaning, low maintenance, quick installation, high thermal insulation, architectural finishing or antibacterial finishing.

They are a great aesthetic alternative for facades, but also a quick solution for roof assembly.

What are the benefits of using a panel system?

  • Quick assembly: saving up to 60% of time
  • Thermal insulation, it is up to 3 times more insulating than other
  • construction systems, ensuring permanent energy efficiency.
  • Maintenance-free
  • Easy cleaning
  • Exterior and interior finish with a single element
  • Compatibility between construction systems

Maintenance-free, the exterior and interior finish in a single element saves time and costs.
