Colombia: 16 years in her second home in Ternium Colombia

Share

Flor Sepúlveda is known by her loyalty and her commitment to her work, she has been a simple woman, a good friend, and an excellent worker. When you get to know her, you understand the sadness in her departure.

The responsibility and sense of belonging was present until her last moment in the company, and that was evident in this interview, at that moment she was training her substitute. Flor didn’t want to miss any detail in her work, where she spent 16 years of her life.

Flor Sepúlveda, who joined Ternium Colombia in November of 2005, happily goes to her retirement, with the satisfaction of succeeding; with the commitment that she always had as the External Sales Executive in the business committee of the center of the country.

Flor is not leaving in sadness. There is no reason for that. Actually, this woman from Santander, with her lovely accent, is full of projects and dreams. She loves handicrafts; that is why she wants to study it, so she can decorate her house, even more than she already has, with things that she makes with her own hands.

She leaves Ternium with her heart touched; but full of ideas for her new life. She plans to travel and visit places where she has been before, and she wants to return; but she also wants to visit Boyacá. Flor wants to use her car and take her family on a tour for “the most beautiful places of Colombia”; she wants to go camping, eat on the highway; she also wants to spend time with her husband, César, and their two daughters, Mónica and Andrea, who are an important part of her life.

“I’m Marujita’s daughter, an entrepreneur working woman who always achieved her goals and showed us that we should fight to achieve our goals; and for that reason I won’t disappoint my mother, never. If I’m sure about anything, is that I won’t need to wake up early in a long time (between laughs),” Flor expressed.

This Sales Executive has made clear she’s leaving; and that she’ll never forget Ternium because her coworkers and the company will always be in her heart, and she spent 16 years with lots of steel strength, giving her all to accomplish her goals and commitments.

Today, an important part of your life is coming to an end, and in Ternium Colombia we only have words of gratitude and praise for your work, commitment, and dedication to lead the company in the national market.
