Ternium Activo, our new technological development, aims to optimize client interaction. One standout feature of this tool is it`s enhancement of visualization and the user experience it provides.
What does this mean?
- Focused on customer experience: We designed the new interface of 'Ternium Activo' to improve how clients interact with our services. It incorporates intuitive navigation and quick access to information as some fundamental pillars of this update.
- Enhanced information visualization: 'Ternium Activo' will present orders, certificates, invoices, and shipments more clearly and organized, easing information management for our clients.
- User-friendly and accessible: We aim to provide a hassle-free experience that allows users to access our services from any device.
The project's goal is to redesign the platform known as "Web Service," integrating new functionalities and digital tools with a new design that offers our users a renewed experience. This includes a visualization of all indicators and queries that clients may require, presented through simple and clear graphics and visual elements.
Furthermore, we integrated a News section from the Ternium.com site into the platform, enabling clients to stay updated about the latest company developments in terms of products and services, quality, innovation, safety, social and environmental management, among other aspects.
"These are changes that benefit clients, as they can optimize their work time and have greater control over their orders. Likewise, the internal Ternium team benefits from having support always at hand, facilitating interaction with clients at all times," says Rosa Guadalupe Cavazos, project leader in the Systems Management area of Mexico.
