During the afternoon of Friday, July 22, more than 60 production lines stopped to reflect on Safety Day. The talks were held inside Ternium's plants and industrial centers.
On this occasion, it was not only the leaders and Area Managers who were responsible for giving a prevention message. Now, operators, managers, and supervisors considered safety leaders among their peers also participated and shared their thoughts with more than 5,000 employees throughout Latin America and the United States.
After the message projection from Maximo Vedoya, CEO of Ternium, dialogues were held on leadership and best practices, focusing on risk prevention, training and task rejection.
