The First Occupational Health Conference

Share

For the first time in over two years, the doctors from the Techint Group medical services were able to meet up in person, at the first Occupational Health Conference, a 3-day event held from August 3 to 6 at the Clínica Nova Hospital in Mexico.

The Conference was an opportunity to bring together about 30 health specialists from the different entities making up the Techint Group: the Clínica Nova Hospital, Ternium, Tenaris, Tenova, Techint E&C, USIMINAS and Humanitas. They were joined by professionals from various hospital groups in Mexico and academics from the research community, who discussed challenges and shared their learnings about different aspects of occupational health.

The Conference was considered by all to be a success, as the medical professionals were unanimous in their appreciation of the event program, recognizing the importance of being able to get together and share experiences and knowledge. It was also a chance to reaffirm their commitment to continue working to improve the well-being of all employees and their communities.
