Ternium manufactures high complexity steel products supplying the main industries and markets in the Americas, with eighteen production centers in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, the U.S., Guatemala and Mexico.
In 2013, the company launched its most important project to-date in Northern Mexico: the Ternium Industrial Center, representing an investment of USD 2.52 billion to produce sophisticated high-grade steels for the automotive and home appliance industries. This industrial hub includes a state-of-the-art hot rolling mill that began operations in 2021 with an annual capacity of 4.4 million metric tons, as well as galvanizing and painting lines.
